On the 14th of February,one of the most important meetings of tenants and commercial developers in Poland was held.
Czerwona Torebka was in the group of exhibitors during the Shopping Center Business Forum 2012, and Mr. Ireneusz Kazimierczyk, the CEO of Czerwona Torebka Board , took part in the discussion concerning the development of shopping centers. In this year’s edition over 500 participants connected with trade properties were present at Hilton Hotel in Warsaw. Czerwona Torebka was represented by the President of the Board Mr. Ireneusz Kazimierczyk, he took part in the discussion panel called “ The market of trade centers. Development conditions, legal environment, investment financing”. The internet system of appointing meetings provided by the organizers allowed to initiate many interesting discussions with potential business partners. The representatives of Czerwona Torebka Lease and Management Department at its information stand were convincing representatives of well known brands to invest in smaller towns, according to the rule ”more for less”.
